Campaign dead...not dealing with Cronjobs.

Hi guys,



I have a problem with my campaigns.



It is a segment campaign. People were in this segment and at the beggining everything was working properly.



But with no specific reason (maybe because I added a tag remove in the campaign) all my contacts lost their tag dealing with the segment and by the end nothing happens in this campaign.



I added back these lost contact to the segmentation, I can see them in the campaign but no emails are sent.



Does anybody knows why?

If it’s the original campaign and people have already been added to it previously, Mautic will have marked them as having been through that campaign. Try creating a new campaign (don’t clone - make a totally fresh one) and then add them to that.
