Remove inactive contacts

Is there a way to remove inactive contacts, especially contacts who have never opened any of my e-mails.

Use the cleanup cron, with a number of days you consider inactive. You can also build a segment using email open filter AND the last active filter and use a campaign to delete the contacts within that segment.
