Report with all subscribers not working?

Hi, i am trying to create a report containing the mails of all active contacts.
It seems like instaed of reutnring about 2,000 i get back about 200.

Is that a bug on mautic side or i am doing something wrong?

Once you generate the report, you need to set the timeframe at the top. Set a whole year and see.
