I have a campaign, called “tutorial metabolism program” - started by a segment if a contact gets the tag “tutorial metabolism program”
How the contact comes in:
After a contact gives his dates in a form of Mautic, displayed on a landing page in Mautic, the contact gets the tag “tutorial metabolism program” and so it added to the Segment “tutorial metabolism program” and after that, the campaign starts sending 3 e-Mails with some days delay.
My question: How can i make it, that a existing contact can start the campaign “tutorial metabolism program” again.
The easiest way for me would if the contact makes a new entry in the form. But how to trigger the campaign again?
Somehow to remove first the tag “tutorial metabolism program” and after 1 Minute to add it again. So it would a new for the campaign…hmmm…maybe here the pro’s have a better idea.
