it might be worth considering the use of a tag manager (e.g., Matomo Tag Manager) to gain better control over tracking.
Currently, Mautic’s tracking is quite tightly integrated and hard-coded. While we can prevent forms from setting cookies using “Kiosk Mode,” this approach might also be extended to assets and landing pages.
However, this would require interest and momentum from volunteers to make it happen. Sometimes I feel that developers would like to contribute but are hesitant due to the learning curve involved in understanding Mautic’s code structure.
@puslefot would you be able to contribute to a solution here?
