Same Timestamp for Contact Identification & Email Read

Hi All, Is/Are any of you facing issue with Email Tracking.

The timestamp for Contact Created, Identification and Email Read is always the SAME.

This looks like a serious issue to me. Any guidance or help ?.

That’s indeed strange. How is the contact added to Mautic? And how is the contact processed?
