My problem
I noticed that scheduled segment emails suddenly stopped being sent.
What is actually happening:
- I schedule an email to be sent at 7:00 AM on Monday.
- When the scheduled date and time arrive, the email is not sent, even though the Emails screen shows it as “sending” (with the blue sending icon).
- As far as I can tell, this only happens with segment emails. Campaign emails continue to work normally.
I need to solve this issue as soon as possible because I currently have to trigger these emails manually.
Second problem
In addition, there is another issue that I had been ignoring until now.
When I set an “Unpublish At” date/time (or define a time for the email to stop being sent), the configuration is not preserved after I save and close the email. When I reopen it, the value is gone.
I’m not sure if both issues are related, but they started around the same time.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this behavior?

Meu problema
Notei que de repente os e-mails de segmento que eu agendava pararam de ser disparados.
O que de fato está acontecendo:
- Eu agendo um e-mail pra ser disparado às 7am de segunda-feira
- Chega o dia e horário, e o email não é disparado, por mais que na tela de e-mails mostre que o e-mail está sendo enviado (com aquele ícone azul de envio)
- Até onde eu percebi, isso só acontece com emails de segmento. E-mails de campanha continuam funcionando.
Preciso resolver esse problema o quanto antes, estou tendo que disparar manualmente os emails.
2º problema
Em paralelo, um problema que acontecia mas eu não dava importância é que eu definia um horário pra terminar o disparo, mas depois que eu salvo e fecho, a configuração não se mantém.
