hey, Mautic team while creating an email in mautic i am only able to see the category section the segment section is not showing what to do?

- Your Mautic version
- Your PHP version
- Steps you have taken to troubleshoot (eg have you cleared the Mautic cache, run
bin/console m:a:gto regenerate the JS assets, cleared your browser cache, checked in an incognito window)
