My problem is:
Hello! I’m new to Mautic. I have a little problem with it.
I created a template, created a segment email to test it until everything is fine. I verified I did everything I imported contacts in a segment contact I have created to the test segment email I saved it and I published and i check if everything is okay and all are okay , but the problem is when I am send a test of the segment mail and it goes correctly (example) but it has a [TEST] tag but when you send it to normal it now has the same [TEST] label next to the title.
How to delete this tag ?
Sending with the “Send Example” button will append [TEST] to the subject.
Do you mean when you hit “Send” you get the same?
Try clearing cache as a first step. (see link below)
Can you post your mautic error log. It’s in your Mautic install under a logs directory. On 3.1.2 it’s in /path/to/www/mautic-directory/var/logs
Have a look at some of the Troubleshooting suggestions in the documentation. And Post back some of what you find as you go through these steps. Some of the others on the forum will join in once you add more information we can go on.
Helo! I have exactly the same problem, I have already cleared the cache and it has not resolved, there is also no error in the log.
