Segment with filter Unsubscribed=Yes Not working

Hi before we upgraded to 1.4.0 I had created a segment and added the filter Unsubscribed equals Yes to see all the leads that have unsubscribed and that worked fine, but now after we upgraded Mautic this segment with these filter does’t work, just says No contacts. We tried to delete it and add it again but no luck.
