The way we achieve it is to only run the campaign:trigger cron job at a certain time between Monday and Friday. It isn’t the best of ways of achieving it but it works and is reliable.

I think right now the best way is with the cron config as Zac mentions. But it would be a good feature to be able to schedule campaign activity to be turned on and off at intervals and use a queue to resume it later on.
