Am trying to set up an amazon SES as the email provider and send bulk emails campaign there and wanted to get any replies on that email campaign to be receive by a gmail account.
Is that possible? or is it something we can do inside Mautic?

Mautic does let you let you set a different reply to email address both globally under email configuration and on a per email basis under the advanced tab.
But…
I think having a different reply to address will affect your deliverability as sending and receiving from the same email addresses is one of the checks the spam cops do. Email address spoofing is common scammer behaviour and they use a different reply address from the sending address.
