Sending Mails is taking too long

Hi all, could you please help me, because sending emails is taking too long.



I’m sending to a 1000 contacts in a batches of 100 and Mautic stays on the page where it says:

“Sending is in progress. Leaving this page will stop the process but may cause contacts to receive duplicate emails when restarted.”

15 minutes and the progress bar is still empty. I see that emails are sending, but it takes too much time, why is this?

Does this depend on some of the Cron Jobs timing?

Maybe you should consider to spool mails rather that sending it immediately.

No problem. Don’t forgot to setup cron job to sent out spooled emails :wink:
