I have set everything correctly (when I click “test” it says “success”) but when my contacts reply to my emails the reply does not arrive in my inbox

Some questions to clarify:

  1. Did you test it yourself?
  2. Where does the email go? In spam?
  3. When you look into the inbox in your email provider, do you see the email?
  4. Do you fetch this email with another tool (like gmail)?
