Showing OPEN EMAIL, even without opening it!

Your problem
Showing OPEN EMAIL, even without opening it! And it triggers the next action set in the campaign. I tried to send an email to “xyz@gmail.com” and it was android based mobile. The sender’s and receiver’s both devices were NON-APPLE devices. Though facing the same problem.

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

Can anyone help me to understand this problem and guide me to short out this problem with step by step process?

So some email clients scan the contents when getting the messages. Given that open email action is technically tracking script (image loading) inside email this could lead to false email open triggering.

Not sure about the fix though… Just for reference maybe you tell us what version of Android you are using and what email client (app) you are using.
