Social Media - Messaging and Chat Bots

My idea is:
Mautic could send messages not just through Email but also in all kinds of social media networks that support direct messaging making multi channel marketing automation possible. A starting campaign could be to ask the customer which channel they would like to be contacted in despite of or in addition to email and then guide them through some sort of opt-in to make it possible to send to them on the platform they choose.
If then one sends them messages on those platforms and they answer, it would be nice to have a bot answer them first of all, to be able to deal with a lot of messages and help them out automatically before someone can get back to them.

I think that email is very important but I am sure that these channels are already part of digital marketing and would make a great addition regarding outreach.
