Some Emails Stuck in Pending State

We send out a daily email to a segment, and every day around 5% of the list remains in pending state.

  1. Is there a way to find out why they are stuck in pending state?
  2. Will the email magically go out to these pending contacts at a later time, e.g. a few days later? If so, is there a way to prevent that? (This is an email that pertains to the specific day, so I don’t want it going out a few days later).
  3. Is there a way to view the Mautic queue and see which emails/contacts are in there and possibly delete some? I checked /app/spool/ but there’s nothing in it.

Running Mautic 6.0.6.
