Hi I have a mautic installed on a sub domain on a siteground hosted domain and am trying to get everything set up, but Postmark is not connecting for some reason
Struggling to connect Mautic with PostMark
- I have tried the PostMark API for username and password.
- I have tried the SMTP for username and password.
- I have tried the main login username and password for username and password.
I Keep getting the following error:
Connection could not be established with host smtp.postmarkapp.com [Connection timed out #110] Log data: ++ Starting MauticEmailBundleSwiftmailerTransportPostmarkTransport !! Connection could not be established with host smtp.postmarkapp.com [Connection timed out #110] (code: 0)

Can anybody point me to a solution please.

if yes so try this

I deleted the cache folder on the server via Cpanel and then tried the API settings and still no joy

can you let me know when you installed Mautic …?
If you are new in mautic so please update your mautic or reinstalled again then try with this

I have tried all variations with SSL etc settings even created new postmark API keys no joy

Can you send me your actual .env file (just a bit with MAIL config) .
Or Just Try
MAIL_ENCRYTPION=tls or empty
PORT=587
MAIL_HOST=smtp.postmarkapp.com

ok i set up a fake contact and sent a email to another one of my accounts that one went through no problem
