Support for telnyx (SMS, like Twilio)?

Is there a plugin or mechanism to support other SMS services (ie. Telnyx)?
They are 75% cheaper than Twilio.

Signalwire is the cheapest i found… 1k messages for $1 dollar…

Im using 2.15 version and my local service vendor (textlocal). But they dont have Plugins available for mautic. Can i use twillo plugins or any compatible plugins ?
Note : I tried with 2 year old textlocal plugin from here , but that doesnt work.

Any suggestions ?
