My problem is:Email configuration setting process we used mailgun api for email sending, Swift mailer have only option for smtptransport, we need to integrate mailgun API for swiftmailer. In swiftmailer have any options for integrate sending email through API.

My understanding from your post is that you are trying to find out if there is an API integration for Mailgun, is that correct?
If so, I recommend you posting this in #ideas with an explanation of what you are asking for, and open up the discussion. The community can then vote if they too want this feature to be developed.
If sufficient people show interest (you might also want to post a link to your feature request on this thread to alert people who were interested in a Mailgun API integration in the past) then it may well be picked up for development.
