My idea is: The ability to have “Tags” as a filter or a column when creating reports.
I think these groups of people would benefit from this idea: Anyone that is creating reports.
Why I think they would benefit from this idea: Being able to single out contacts within a bigger segment or campaigns is pretty neat. For instance here I imported a few contacts that I tagged that ended up receiving an email as part of a bigger campaign. To be able to compare the results of the tagged contacts compared to the not tagged contacts would be incredibly helpful
