Filters for Common Tags and Date Added in Contacts (Contacts section)

Hi,
It would be great to have a way to filter Contacts (in Contact section) by:

  1. Commontags: (tag1)+(tag2)+(tag…)
  2. Dateadded:* (this feature was already asked three years ago: https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues/3364)

Additional to have the option to “Change Tags” too (similar as the other options to change campaign, change channels, change segments).

All these things are possible to do using Segments and Campaigns, but is a bit slow and complicated. We need faster filters that we can use instantly.
