Yes, tags is most definitely planned and something that is being actively developed. Hopefully it will be available in the very near future! Thanks for the feedback!

Any update of the tags?

I think it would be very usefull…

Agreed. Tagging is what is keeping me from being able to switch to this. Being able to tag people through the course of campaigns, similar to Infusionsoft, would be nice.

tags can be added / removed by campaigns and lead actions. they can then be used for segmentation or other decision making within campaigns.

How can we use tags to sort through the leads?

I agree as with @Rich and @jwldub. Navigating by tags is necessary here as well.

Are there any active work in this area?

Hi guys, I see tags are are incorporated to the extent that a tag can be added to a lead. Is there a way to edit the “Manage Leads” Form to include a tags field so we can sort by tag? What alternate way is there to sort leads by tags?
