If your Mautic has to use the /index.php/ part in its URL, then your .htaccess is not enabled or the mod_rewrite is not enabled. Consult it with your server provider.

I’m having this same problem on https://oeru.mautic.net - using the reference implementation. Uploaded theme successfully, structured identically to a survey among the default themes, and it seems registered (i.e. shows the page, email, form tags and title) but no thumbnail, and the images in the /img subdir don’t show. Not sure how to debug this.

@lightweight hard to tell without seeing your theme. Could you provide the zip package?

Maybe https://developer.mautic.org/#themes could help.

If you have access, you can download it from https://oeru.mautic.net/s/themes/download/oeru - I don’t see a way to attach files here. Let me know if I’ve missed something…

The forum probably doesn’t have that feature, but you can make it available via your Mautic Assets for example and publish the link here. I don’t have access to your Mautic.

Thanks for your response - try https://oeru.mautic.net/asset/12:oeru-theme

Your theme works well on my local Mautic instance, however, there is some issue with using it at Mautic.net. I’ll report this issue there.

I’m struggling to work out the best place to report such issues - here? Github issue?

Good question.

This forum is more about a chat with other community members about how to configure stuff and so on.
GitHub is great place to report bugs and feature requests.

But in this case, it is an issue with Mautic.net service, so the best way to report it is to use the Help button in your Mautic instance. Because the open source community cannot do anything about the mautic.net infrastructure. But you could hardly know who issue is it.
