My idea is: I think it would be nice to be able to toggle on/off the debug setting from the UI rather than having to go to the server, find the local.php file, turn debug on. Then repeat when you want to turn it off. It should be easy enough to add to the system settings and create the ability to toggle this value from the UI.
I think these groups of people would benefit from this idea: Anyone who is trying to manage a Mautic instance and needs to turn debug on/off fairly often.
Why I think they would benefit from this idea: It would save them time in having to find the file and make the changes manually. It also would decrease the chance of user error in updating the local.php file.
