Is Preference Center not visible

Hi all,



I would like to customize my own preference center using a new landing page. However I cannot see the toggle option in my version of Mautic (2.9.2). See screenshot below.



Do I need to update Mautic or is there a configuration setting I am overlooking? Any advice much appreciated.
