Custom preferences centre landing page not applied

Your software
My Mautic version is: 3.3
My PHP version is: 7.3.19
My Database type and version is: mariaDB

Your problem
My problem is:
1, Configuration - Email settings - Unsubscribe Settings - Show contact preference settings: YES
2, Set up a custom landing page, Set as preference center page - YES
3, Set up new campaign email - Preference center page - set to the above
4, Send test email campaign utilizing the above
==> Clicking on unsubscribe link the standard preference centre is shown, not the custom one

These errors are showing in the log:
No errors

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
Setting up steps 1-4 from scratch multiple times

Did anyone experience this issue yet?

Yes, I am with this issue too and, if I don’t set to show contact preferences in “Configuration > Email Setttings”, but select the landing page in a especific email, when click on unsubscribe, I get a internal server error.

Can you please explain a bit what could be the reason for this issue, because I am also facing this issue but cannot figure out the reason or maybe it is a bug or unclear thing? what could be the reason for this issue? :slightly_smiling_face:

Well, I think you need the certain constellation of settings for the pref center to work. Thats it.
