I am a newbie for mautic. And I have installed mautic and its working fine. I have configured all the crons and they are working fine as my twitter hashtags are corrrectly pulling contacts. But now, I am facing an isssue in which my twitter mention is not working. When I have created my twitter mention, it pulled all the profles. But now it is not pullling the profiles who are mentioning us.
There is no issue in mautic & server logs.
Anyone who have faced this issue, please help me resolve it.
