Two segment with same filters but different results

I created two segment with same filters but the result was different, I checked it a gain after 24 h and the result was

First Segment: appears 7006 contacts

Second Segment: appears 7136 contacts



What is the reason for that different?

Filters related to custom fields synced with my website database.

user registered in one of our services or not, last login date and so on

Check Anonymous contacts. In Contacts there is a special button
