Umlauts (äöü) breaks token

Hi,



my first post:)



I send an email with {contactfield=lastname}

If theres a name like “Grünwald”, the email is send only with “Gr”, so the word stops before the umlaut. But in the contact fields all Umlauts are shown.correctly.



What can I do?
