Unable to create a select form field

I’m trying to add a select field in any form (tested on three different cloud instances) but I always get:

The site is currently offline due to encountering an error. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator.

System administrators, check server logs for errors.



I f I try to get the log with /s/sysinfo#log

I get

Lost by chance?

I couldn’t find the page you were looking for. May I suggest a search?



Can anybody help me?
