URL links not working after receive Emails

Hai to All,



I having issue on link the web address.I included URL links in the photo while create email in the builder. Then send emails.But after client received my email,When they click on link’s i pasted earlier its go back mautic page and appearing below message.



" I’m sorry! I couldn’t find the page you were looking for. "

Hi Vines,

I am having a similar issue, but it only seems to be if the emails are opened on a mobile platform (phone and tablet) , ios and android (not sure about microsoft).

If the email is opened on a desktop / laptop mac or pc the links work fine., if opened on mobile platform they don’t work and have same error issue as above.

Is this the same for you?
