Your problem
My problem is:
I’m testing a couple of the templates in the builder, and they have the webview_text token included. When I preview the email in Mautic, the preview works fine. However when I actually send the email, open it and click on the “having trouble reading this email click here” the link throws a 404 error. We noticed that the path the link is using is “preview plus id Hash etc.” whereas if we manually change the word preview to view, and get rid of the id Hash etc. the web view works. The attached screenshots are from different emails but you’ll get the idea. If I check any of the 404 links by changing preview to view, and then put a /number in the address bar then the link works
Is this a bug? I don’t see anywhere where I can change the folder that the webview token is pulling the email view from - am I missing something? This is driving me crazy!
