on self-hosted site with no luck link text
and used it on mautic.com instance link text
still no field mapping

Then ask in a vTiger forum. If it works for you with the trial vTiger instance, the problem is in your self-hosted vTiger instance.

Hi All, I’m afraid something is indeed no longer working regarding the vtiger- mautic integration.

Expected behaviour: Update contacts in mautic, will be sent through API to vtiger.
Reality: Nothing happens.

I set the logger to DEBUG, and found the following error;

Tue Jun 28 09:41:47 2016,576 [926899] INFO VT - PearDatabase ->ADODB error Query Failed:SELECT id,name,label FROM vtiger_layout WHERE name = ?::->[1146]Table ‘crmroelofs.vtiger_layout’ doesn’t exist

Looking into the table structure of vtiger, this table does indeed not exist. So the question may be, if the plugin is still appplicable to the version 6.4 of vtiger.

I successfully integrated v Tiger with mautic latest version as well.

Can any one tell me … vTiger contacts can sync in mautic and vice a versa.

What i need , People who are added to Vtiger should get added to Mautic and Vice Versa.

Hello I had trouble with my own install (upgrade issue) and wanted to check if the vtiger version would work using my free version on mautic.com. After i autorized the plugin it keeps loading. I do not get the option anymore for disabling the plugin. What would be the issue here?

I have the problem with vtiger integration after i upgraded mautic from 2.8 to 2.9. Before i upgraded it worded well. The problem is when i click on vtiger plugin it is just loading.

Any resolution on this - field mapping on my side is also not showing at all - Pop-up is blank to finish the authorization?
