Is there any way to give the web forms a little bit of design? They look so plain and unnoticeable when I put them on the site. Are there any templates or something?

Mautic does support theming! I would suggest you duplicate one of those directories, rename it and then look at the config file which you’ll have to update as well. After clearing cache the form theme should show up as a new theme for forms, and then you can customize the layout and the css as needed.
In addition to doing theming the way Chad mentioned (which is awesome by the way). You can also do inline CSS and styling. One of the beautiful things about Mautic is that it is integrated into your website so you can style things through your own website style too! There are a number of options available to you!
