For mautic.com questions, it’s best to submit a ticket through your dashboard account. The forum here is for the community/downloadable version of Mautic.

But to answer you question, if you delete your mautic.com account, your data is immediately deleted with it. They are working on import/export features. Although you can export CSV reports to get some of your data out.
