Where are the form actions

I have a fresh local Mautic install, but it seems the form actions have disappeared.

In the hosted Mautic when editing a form, there is an Action tab, see image from the Docs . My local install does not have that.

It sounds like you did a “Campaign Form” vs a “Stand Alone” form. The stand alone form will give you the actions tab you’re after. Campaign forms are designed to insert someone into a campaign and then the campaign is used to deliver a series of actions.
