I am unsure if our self-hosted Mautic has been configured properly or not. I am unable to see the tab for Email Form Actions. As a result, the form saves user input, but I can not send an email to the lead. I looked on the forum and could not find a solution. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

“Email Form Actions”? What do you mean by “Email Form”? Email or Form?
My guess is you are talking about the form actions. If you create a new form, you may notice that Mautic asks if you want to create a Standalone form (with actions tab) or a Campaign form (without actions tab because the form actions will be defined in a campaign)
