My problem is:
We can track emails that are sent, read, failed, clicked, unsubscribed, and bounced. However, we cannot track emails that land in spam.
Email tracking is very tricky (read privacy).
The only way to get this info is to be the remote email service to report it. And MX aren’t sharing this kind of data.
Making this “feature” totally useless unless you own the MX service and kindly provide this data to Mautic.
You need to set this up.
