Why this campaign is not working?

Hi,

After the subscriber visited the page I want to move him to anonther list AND to update his preferences.



When I remove one of the two options the campaign works. Whe I configure both - it won’t work. Even the first mail isn’t send.

It’s a bit wired I think. It works most of the time while testing. But sometimes the mail isn’t send. Could this be a issue with some cookies?

So looking at your flow I’m not sure what action is sending the email? Or is the email sent by something else and then the user is opening the email and clicking through? how do they enter the ‘send email’ part of this?
