Hello.
I had setup a campaign wherein after a user enters his/her email address into the opt-in form, they immediately get a thank you email. Users with Gmail accounts received the thank you email right away, however, Yahoo users only received it after 6 hours, and Hotmail users didn’t received it at all.
Does anybody else have the same issue? If yes, how was it resolved?
Thanks so much.

Same here. Gmail and hotmail didn´t received at all. Have you resolved it?
I think is for this:
Hi,
I am trying to setup Mautic as hosted.
In configuration/Mail Settings I clicked the button “Send test email” and the header looks like:
Received: from hosting.myserver.com (HELO www.mydomain.com ) (XX.XXX.XXX.XX )
But If I send and e-mail to a lead, the header is like this:
Received: from hosting.myserver.com (HELO ?127.0.0.1?) (XX.XXX.XXX.XX )
Hotmail and gmail don´t received the email because the “HELO ?127.0.0.1?”, I suppose.
So, is there a way to get in the HELO the domain of the mail that is in the field “E-mail address to send mail from” (mail settings)?
