Your problem
My problem is: I have 7 emails. I tested their action. Only Hotmail cannot get the Event Type"Email Replied". Today I have met the same issue for another ESP email. I have to handle them manually.
Does anybody meet the same issue?

Can you be more specific about what you tested as a feature, the expected result and the actual result you got?

Hi Pierre.
yes. I directly go to contact and click “send email”. all my emails can get replied but except for the Hotmail. Hotmail should also get Replied but actually not.

Is it received by the recipient?
If so, what is the problem?

Yes, I use my Hotmail to test. My SMTP is OK because other emails is no problem except for hotmail.
I don’t know why this hotmail is so special.
