yourls and mautic shorturl

I am quite the newbie to Mautic and marketing automation. I want to use yourls for my url shortening. Based on the yourls documentation, I think this is right for the API… Is this a way to verify?

as far as i know the URL shortner kicks in ONLY when using ‘marketing messages’ (rather than a plain email) and only when that marketing message is sent to the contact by SMS.

Your URL seems fine, but in order to properly test it you need to send yourself an sms.
