7 - Amendment of this Governance Model
Members may form Working Groups to consider changes to this Governance Model, and may propose such changes to the Community Council.
However, this Governance Model may be altered, amended or repealed only by action of the Community Council or by a majority of the voting members, and new entries may be adopted solely by the Community Council or by a majority of the voting members.
No alteration, amendment or repeal of this Governance Model shall be effective unless and until the Community Council attempts, in good faith, to give notice to the members of the Community of such alteration, amendment or repeal at least fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of such alteration, amendment or repeal, which notice may be by electronic means.
