Acceptable Use Policy for local installation

Hi, we’re a personal finances aggregator. As part of our business we provide advice to people in all financial situations, from investment advice for affluent users to debt and tax advice to people in financial troubles. From that perspective, can someone suggest if hosted version of Mautic limits its acceptable usage to the same “genres of content” as mautic.com (https://mautic.com/acceptable-use-policy/)?

Can we install Mautic locally and send email campaigns with advice on getting out of debt options to our user base?

HI!

The acceptable use policy only affects accounts hosted by mautic.com. Thus, you can host Mautic yourself and do whatever you want with it :slight_smile:
