I have been using Mautic running test campaigns for the past couple weeks and I have ran into a problem I need some help with. I created a campaign and added a point action that is set to add 1 point to anyone who downloads any asset. But, when I put myself through the campaign and download an asset from an email it does not add a point. It shows under the recent events in my contact ‘Asset Download’ but it fails to adjust the contact points. Here is the campaign I have been running:
