Automatic follow up emails

Hello all,



My name is Andrew and I respresent another famous open source project - bacula (bacula.org and baculasystems.com).



We are using Mautic to follow up with facebook leads that come automatically to our Sugar CRM. Using webhooks we integrated Sugar and Mautic, all our Facebook leads are going straight into Mautic now. However, we didn’t succeed in creating automatic follow up campaign (which should include several mails). If you don’t have the cronjob Mautic don’t going to work

Could you, please explain what cronjob do you mean?
