Bounce fetching not working.

I am currently using mautic v2.6.1 and I had tried to set the bounce fetching cronjob following guideline in https://www.mautic.org/docs/en/emails/bounce_management.html but it return the below error when i run the cronjob. The same error appeared as well when i try to run the code ./console mautic:fetch:email manually in SSH. Any Idea?
