Hi can someone shed any light on Bounce Handling. I have set up Mautic to do some tests but nothing is being added to the bounce or unsubscribe segments I have created. My question is does the email have to come from Mautic initially or for example can I send a test via an email client to the unsubscribe email account and check if Mautic will update the status if the email address exists in the master mailing list?
I’m basing this on the monitored Mailbox configuration in the Manual FYI
