Bounce Segment not working

My Mautic version is: v4.4.0
My PHP version is: 7.4.32
My Database type and version is: 10.3.36-MariaDB-cll-lve

Your problem
My problem is:
My bounce segment is not working even after doing everything, no contacts has been added to the segment

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I have created and configured the bounce segment. Setup cron jobs and checked the log. They are also working.

Did you add the following filter to your segment:

Bounces Email -> equal -> yes?

Cool. Did you set the bounces and complaints feedback to Mautic URL in Sendgrid API settings?
If yes, can you share the link here (you can xxx out your domain, but leave the rest plz.)

Then your bounces are not registered.
So bounce segment working, but you don’t have the bounces feedback channeled in properly.
Did you check this?

Yes, still no bounces are showing.

The fact, that no bounces are recorded in Mautic means one of the followings:

  1. You have no bounces
  2. You connected it wrong
  3. There is an error in Mautic
